He continues to work regularly as a game designer, film producer, media consultant, and fiction author. rancia has been working makeup magic in the San Diego film scene for over 10 years, and was the 2014 winner for Best Makeup for her work on the San Diego 48 Hour Film Challenge entry You Pack It (which also starred The Case of Evil's Merrick McCartha). With a background in hair, beauty, and makeup styling, she's been in steady demand not only for her work in films, but also for her theatrical and print advertising expertise. Between her work for the San Diego Opera and other local productions, Francia has brought her respectable skills to over 100 theatrical productions and garnered over 6 best wig/makeup nominations through National Youth Arts. Passionately dedicated to her work as an FX makeup artist, Francia was particularly attracted to the challenges of re-creating the "old school" horror makeup required for The Case of Evil. "My first horror movie was Frankenstein!" she says. "I was hooked!!!!"
